Hi there! Nice to meet you! I can't wait to get to know you, but first here's a bit about me..
I am your typical Midwest girl who loves the outdoors and isn’t afraid to get some dirt on my hands. I consider myself a bit of a country gal mixed with a little bit of hippie chick . I can never turn down a good tie-dye, let's be real. I'm all about seeing new places and I'll do just about anything to spend my days exploring. Although I grew up on both sides of the Ohio river, I've lived in Cincinnati for the majority of my life. I just moved into my first house with my boyfriend and our three fur babies, and we are having the time of our life making this house into our home. My first big project of the year? My vegetable garden and so far it’s off to a great start!
This is my first year being a part of Meagans Photographs, and I am beyond excited. If you were to ask me what I thought I’d be doing at 23, I would have never guessed being a wedding photographer. But, here I am, the happiest, most confident I have ever been. I have truly found a love and passion for being behind a camera. Not only am I able to be creative while shooting, it also gives me the ability to enjoy other passions of mine, like traveling and meeting new people.
When I was younger I was the maid of honor in my moms wedding, and since then I've held a soft spot for weddings. To this day I look back at those pictures and they are some of my absolute favorites. Not because we were all dolled up in pretty dresses, but because when I look at them I am flooded with all the happy memories . When I’m shooting at your wedding, I’m there to capture those moments. Not the perfectly posed, but the smiles, laughs, and personality of who you are. No one can be you and I want to convey that on your wedding day. I strive to know my couple on a deeper level than someone who is providing you a service- I want to know you both better than your family does. The wedding planning process is difficult. That being said pearls are made from pressure. So let me help be your stress sponge when you want to punch your fiancé in the face- trust me I get it. Let me be the first one to tell you how beautiful you are as you slip in your dress and let me be the first one to see you both as one as we plan the process hand and hand- let’s be best friends.
